    ALL Overnight stays MUST be booked on www.highsocietyrentals.com or reserved via phone (575-760-8724) to receive any discount, savings, or "free" items.

    Bookings through external booking platforms (Airbnb, Expedia, etc.) will not receive any deal, discount, or "free" items.

    Maximum 2 Guest per booking/room

    Overnight stays may be limited based on availability of rooms and confirmed reservations. Space is not always guaranteed.

    The "Canna-Cation Package" may not be combined with any other offers, sales, or discounts.

    The "Canna-Cation Package" is nontransferable, the Subscription holder MUST be present and part of the reservation when checking into The Canna House to be eligible to receive discounts, savings, and "free" items.

    Overnight stays MUST be a minimum of one night in length. No limit on the maximum length of stay.

    The first 3 nights booked during the month of subscription will receive 25% off the listed price for the room, all other overnight stays will receive 10% discount. 

    Only one booking/room may be discounted at the 25% OFF Discount per overnight stay, ALL other bookings/rooms booked will receive 10% OFF

    All stays after the first 3 nights will receive 10% off the listed price of the room and may be used an unlimited number of times during the month you purchased your Canna-Cation Package.

    Multiple same day Room Bookings may receive the 10% OFF Discount if booked by the Subscription holder and booked concurrently with the Subscribers initial booking.

    Refunds may be given based on the time of cancelation of  “The Canna-Cation Package”. Cancelations within the first seven days of a renewal may qualify for a full month’s refund if no services were rendered from the time of payment to the time of refund. All other refund requests will be managed on a case-by-case basis. Void where prohibited.
